WAIvePulse Full Walkthrough – Local AI Music Generation, Stem Mixing, and Karaoke Mode

SONG GENERATION

WAIvePulse takes structured lyrics and a set of style tags and generates a complete song with vocals, instrumentation, and arrangement as an MP3. Generation runs locally using HeartMuLa 3B on your GPU. The tag system lets you control genre, mood, timbre, instrumentation, vocal gender, region, and more. Advanced settings give you control over max duration, temperature, and CFG scale.

THE STUDIO

Once a song is generated, the Studio page separates it into six stems using Demucs: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, and other. Each stem gets a full set of controls including volume, pan, a four-band EQ (sub, bass, mid, treble), reverb send, delay send, and a timing offset for ADT doubling effects.

KARAOKE MODE

The karaoke page runs Whisper on the vocals stem to transcribe and time-sync the lyrics to the audio. When you open karaoke from the Studio, it carries your full mixer settings with it, so the mix you dialed in is exactly what plays. This makes it straightforward to record your screen and produce a lyric video without any additional tools.

GETTING STARTED

WAIvePulse runs on Windows and Linux and requires an NVIDIA GPU with CUDA. The setup script handles everything automatically including model downloads.
